Biggar Strength Smash

37.5ml Biggar Strength Gin

50ml citrus tea

25ml lemon juice

12.5ml sugar syrup 

1 heaped bar spoon of lemon and lime marmalade

Place all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake for 20 seconds. Pour into an old fashioned glass with ice and garnish with lemon peel.
