Ingredients
50ml Biggar Herbaceous Gin
25ml Apple juice
25ml Lemon juice
12.5ml sugar syrup
1 sprig rosemary
5 sage leaves
Method
Muddle the leaves and gin in a cocktail shaker
Add all other ingredients and plenty of ice to a cocktail shaker
Shake for approximately 20 seconds
Double strain into a cocktail glass
Garnish with a sage leaf
