New here? Start with the core four
We also make a ready-to-serve Negroni, a cold brew mocha liqueur, and seasonal one-offs when the still allows — but these four are the ones we distil every single week. If you're only trying one, start here.
- Biggar Gin (Original). The all-rounder. Juniper-forward, clean, built for a G&T you'll make twice. Start here if you're not sure.
- Biggar Strength (Navy, 57%). The one with the score. More of everything — carries more from every botanical. For people who take their Martini seriously.
- Herbaceous. The herby one is greener and softer. If you'd choose an elderflower tonic over a classic Indian, it's this.
-
Old Tom (43%). The historic style — rounder and gently sweetened with Belgian candi sugar. Made for a Tom Collins.
Still not sure? The £6 5cl miniatures exist for exactly that — taste before you commit to a full bottle. Or come and see us: tours run Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, £20 a head, six people at a time.
