Bonfire Gin Hot Toddy
A toddy usually needs spice added. Bonfire Gin brings its own chilli, ginger and cloves, so this one needs only honey, lemon and hot water.

A few simple steps
How to make it
Dissolve the honey
Put the honey in the mug with a splash of the hot water and stir until it dissolves.
Add gin and lemon
Add the Bonfire Gin and lemon juice, then top with the rest of the hot water and stir again.
Garnish
Float the clove-studded lemon wheel on top.
The chilli arrives at the end of each sip rather than the start. If it is too much, use a little more honey rather than less gin.
Our suggested spirit
Make it a Biggar.
Made with Biggar Bonfire Gin, our 43% spiced gin named for Biggar's Hogmanay bonfire.
