How to make it
Build
Add the syrup and bitters to a rocks glass, then the gin.
Stir
Add a large ice cube and stir for 30 seconds.
Garnish
Twist the orange peel over the drink and drop it in.
Stir longer than feels necessary. Dilution is part of the recipe.
