What you’ll need

Servings: 1

Ice & garnish
One fresh sage leaf
Plenty of ice cubes to fill the glass

Equipment
A measure

A few simple steps

How to make it

  1. Fill with ice

Fill a copa glass to the top with ice.

  2. Pour

Measure in the Herbaceous Gin, then pour the elderflower tonic slowly down the side of the glass.

  3. Garnish

Clap a sage leaf once and float it on top.

Sage over lime here. The savoury leaf lifts the herbal botanicals rather than fighting them.

Biggar Herbaceous Gin

Our suggested spirit

Make it a Biggar.

Made with Biggar Herbaceous Gin. If you'd choose an elderflower tonic over a classic Indian, this is your gin.
