A few simple steps
How to make it
Wake the mint
Clap the mint leaves between your palms to release the oils and drop them into a large wine glass. Fill with ice.
Add gin and elderflower
Pour in the Herbaceous Gin and elderflower cordial.
Top and stir
Add the prosecco, then the soda. Give it one gentle stir from the bottom and finish with a lime wheel and a mint sprig.
Mint bruises if you muddle it; a clap is all it needs. For a lower-alcohol version drop the gin to 15 ml and add more soda.
Our suggested spirit
Make it a Biggar.
Made with Biggar Herbaceous Gin, the garden one in our range: greener and softer than Original, built for exactly this drink.
