A few simple steps

How to make it

  1. Fill with ice

    Fill a highball with ice.

  2. Pour

Add the Mocha Liqueur, then pour the tonic slowly down the side of the glass.

  3. Garnish

Twist a strip of orange peel over the top and drop it in.

Tonic gives the bitter edge of an espresso tonic. Soda is gentler and sweeter.
