The Biggar cocktail collection
Navy Strength Negroni
Equal parts Biggar Strength Gin, Campari and sweet red vermouth. We use the navy strength gin so the juniper is not talked over by the other two — it is what this gin was made for.

Ice & garnish
A strip of orange peel, twisted over the drink
Ice cubes for stirring; a large cube or fresh ice in the glass
Equipment
A measure, mixing glass, long spoon and strainer
A few simple steps
How to make it
Stir
Add the Biggar Strength Gin, Campari and sweet red vermouth to a mixing glass full of ice. Stir for about 20 seconds.
Strain
Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube or fresh ice.
Garnish
Twist a strip of orange peel over the drink so the oils land on the surface, then drop it in.
If it tastes harsh, the fix is colder ice and a longer stir, not more vermouth. Cocchi Vermouth di Torino is what goes into our bottled version.
Our suggested spirit
Make it a Biggar.
Made with Biggar Strength Gin — the same gin in our bottled Negroni. Campari and vermouth are both loud; at 57% the juniper holds its own.
