What you’ll need
Servings: 1
Ice & garnish
A single mint leaf
Ice cubes for shaking; serve without ice
Equipment
A measure, cocktail shaker and fine strainer
A few simple steps
How to make it
Shake
Clap the mint, then add everything to a shaker with ice. Shake hard.
Strain
Double strain into a chilled coupe so no mint flecks get through.
Garnish
Float one mint leaf on top.
Shaking the mint rather than muddling it keeps the drink bright green rather than swampy.
Our suggested spirit
Make it a Biggar.
Made with Biggar Herbaceous Gin, whose green, herbal botanicals were built for a drink like this.
