One blackberry and a lemon slice per glass
Ice cubes for shaking; crushed ice to fill each glass

A few simple steps
How to make it
Fill the glass
Fill a rocks glass with crushed ice.
Shake the base
Add the gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup to a shaker with ice. Shake until well chilled.
Pour and finish
Strain over the crushed ice. Drizzle the crème de mûre over the top and garnish with the blackberry and lemon.
Crème de mûre is blackberry liqueur. Our local Biggar Bramble uses Tayport Blackcurrant Liqueur and is a separate house variation.
