Biggar Gin
Our Original Recipe Biggar Gin is our flagship product, produced in batches of no more than 140 bottles at a time and combines some traditional and modern botanicals. Winner of the London Dry Gin Category of the Gin Guide Awards 2018, Biggar Gin is a very smooth and well-balanced spirit.
Tasting Notes
On the nose: mellow, aromatic citrus with a hint of hedgerows marrying with gentle spice.
On the palate: smooth and initially sweet, followed by an almost creamy juniper and citrus burst.
To finish: complex but smooth spice cooled by notes of lavender and rounded out by woody cassia.
Serving Suggestions
Simple Serve: With premium tonic and a sliver of orange peel for a bright, classic finish.
Cocktail: White Lady — Biggar Original, Cointreau, and lemon juice shaken for a crisp, citrus-forward martini-style cocktail.
