A few simple steps
How to make it
Chill the glass
Choose a chilled rocks glass and fill it with ice cubes.
Measure and pour
Pour the gin, Campari and sweet red vermouth directly over the ice.
Stir, then garnish
Stir gently to combine and chill. Finish with half an orange slice.
Sweet red vermouth is part of the balance. Dry vermouth changes the drink, so keep it as a separately labelled variation.
Our suggested spirit
Make it a Biggar.
Try Biggar Original Gin: its juniper and citrus character makes it a natural candidate for this classic. The Biggar pairing is a suggestion, pending a tasting review.
