The bottle. 100% recycled aluminium (Alumini), and endlessly recyclable again — aluminium loses nothing when it's remelted, so this bottle has already had a life and will have another. Lighter than glass, doesn't break in the post, and goes straight in the kerbside recycling. It also tucks into the same protective box as a 70cl bottle, so adding one to your order adds nothing to the packaging.
What's inside. Our Classic Dry: juniper-forward, with balanced citrus, herbal spice, and a clean, structured finish. Distilled at The Stillhouse, Wyndales Mill, Biggar — one day a week, every batch by hand.
The serve. Fill a glass with ice, pour the whole bottle — it's a 50ml double — and top with a good tonic. That's the serve we'd pour you at the distillery.
