25ml lemon juice
12.5ml sugar syrup
1 bar spoon of raspberry (or blackcurrant) jam
Place all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake for 20 seconds. Pour into an old fashioned glass with ice and garnish with a raspberry.
