How to make it
Prepare the tea
Brew the strawberry and raspberry tea following its packet instructions, then let it cool and chill. Measure 50 ml for one serving.
Shake the ingredients
Add the gin, chilled tea, lemon juice, sugar syrup and jam to a shaker with ice. Shake for 20 seconds.
Pour and garnish
Pour into a rocks glass with ice and finish with a raspberry.
The original recipe also allows blackcurrant jam. The time shown assumes your tea is already brewed and chilled. For more servings, keep the same tea strength and shake in batches.
